The title of this quest is a play on the name of the confidence game, Three-card Monte. This causes Sterling to have no dialogue after becoming stationed at Forlorn Hope, meaning he cannot be talked to for Old School Ghoul, making the quest unable to be completed.

Completing this quest moves 1st Recon to Camp Forlorn Hope.

* The assassinations can be performed in any order, which will change the order of the journal entries. Return to Major Dhatri with Driver Nephi's head and collect the bounty. Kill Driver Nephi and acquire his head - preferably intact. Enlist the help of Lieutenant Gorobets and his First Recon snipers to take down Driver Nephi. Return to Major Dhatri with Cook-Cook's head and collect the bounty.

Kill Cook-Cook and acquire his head - preferably intact. Return to Major Dhatri with Violet's head and collect the bounty. Kill Violet and acquire her head - preferably intact. Speak to him about receiving a mission or turning in a bounty. Bring the Fiend leader's heads to Dhatri as proof of their death.Violet is found at her trailer fort south of the Poseidon gas station.Lieutenant Gorobets of First Recon (currently stationed at Camp McCarran) can be asked to have his squad aid in the assassination of Nephi. Driver Nephi is located northwest of the Samson Rock Crushing Plant.Cook-Cook is just north of the South Vegas Ruins west entrance in a camp in and around a ruined building.Kill Cook-Cook, Driver Nephi and Violet, preferably keeping their heads intact.
